Summary and review of the meeting

On August 22th, 2020, the National Standard Committee on heat treatment for 4Cr5MoSiV1 hot working die steel parts and other four standards meeting was successfully held in Guangdong Strong Metal Technology Co., Ltd.

The meeting was attended by Xu Yaoming, director of national Heat Treatment Standardization Technical Committee, Dong Xiaohong, general manager of STRONG technology, deputy director unit of national Heat Treatment Standardization Technical Committee; Li Qiao, Secretary General of national Heat Treatment Standardization Committee;Wei xingzhao, Professor, and Zhu Weiheng, engineer of South China University of technology; Gu Jianfeng, Professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhou Xu, engineer of Hubei Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd., and Su Yuhui, senior engineer and Deputy General Manager, Liang Hang, senior engineer and Deputy General Manager, chang Yumin, senior engineer, Yin Hanqi, senior engineer, Ma Xuewen, senior engineer, and Zhang Jingjing, engineer of Fulcrum expertise on heating, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Secretary General Li Qiao.

On the day of the meeting, Chang Yumin, senior engineer of STRONG TECHNOLOGY, carefully read out the standard discussion draft of 4Cr5MoSiV1 hot working die steel parts heat treatment to all the participants. 

During the meeting, Xu Yaoming, director of national Heat Treatment Standardization Technical Committee, put forward personal opinions and ideas on the discussion draft.

Subsequently, the experts and scholars present referred to the relevant advanced standards at home and abroad, expressed their opinions on the modification scheme and discussed in depth, which provided valuable suggestions for the national standard of 4Cr5MoSiV1 heat treatment of hot working die steel parts, and formulated a detailed modification scheme.

After the meeting, all participants took a group photo to draw a successful end to the meeting

The meeting has made contributions to the improvement of China's heat treatment standard system and the promotion of China's die steel technology development and quality improvement. We believe that in the future, STRONG technology will definitely go further on this standard.
