(1) Spray soaking cleaning.
Spray degreasing solution onto the surface of the steel strip or soak the steel strip in degreasing solution. Utilize the wetting, penetration, emulsification, and dispersion effects of degreasing agent on the surface grease of the steel strip to remove the grease on the surface of the steel strip. It is mainly used for pre cleaning of the steel strip.
(2) Wash with alkaline solution.
The method of spraying high-pressure degreasing solution onto the surface of the steel strip or brushing with a brush roller while spraying degreasing solution, is used to apply external force to the grease on the surface of the steel strip, and remove the grease and dirt through mechanical means. Mainly used for large-scale oil removal after pre cleaning.
(3) Electrolytic cleaning.
By applying an electric field near the steel strip, the steel strip can be polarized and charged, or by directly using the method of charging the steel strip, the electrolyte on the surface of the steel strip can undergo an electrolytic reaction, producing small bubbles of hydrogen and oxygen on the surface of the steel strip, thereby removing grease from the steel strip. It is mainly used for cleaning after removing large-scale oil stains, removing stubborn oil stains in small pits on the surface of steel strips.
(4) Ultrasonic cleaning.
Make the cleaning medium around the steel strip vibrate under the action of a strong sound field, and use its unique cavitation, scouring, and stirring effects to remove dirt on the surface of the steel strip. At present, there are not many applications for galvanized wire, mainly used to remove iron powder, rust and other dirt on the surface of steel strips.
(5) Wash with clean water.
Spray high-pressure clean water onto the surface of the steel strip, or brush it with a brush roller while spraying water, to remove residual alkali stains on the surface of the steel strip during the degreasing agent cleaning process, in order to eliminate secondary pollution caused during the cleaning process. Mainly used for alkaline cleaning in pre-treatment.
As can be seen from the above, various cleaning methods have their own advantages. In fact, it is impossible for any production line to use only one cleaning method, but to combine the above methods, learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and achieve the best results.
Generally speaking, pre cleaning soaking and final rinsing with clean water are essential, and the removal of oil stains in the middle can be achieved by either brushing, electrolysis, or both methods simultaneously. Someone has compared the cleaning effects of the above cleaning methods and combinations, and believes in the order of cleaning effects.
